Windows shows a warning or blocks the download?
This early GVA release is not yet digitally signed, so Windows or your browser may warn about it. Stop and text your technician with the exact message. Do not turn off your security protection.
RustDesk is already installed?
This version will stop if it finds an existing RustDesk setup. Tell your technician; do not remove your existing settings.
